PDFs are read by pdf.js, an open-source reader your browser downloads from cdnjs. Your file isn't sent anywhere. For a scanned PDF, paste the text instead.

Do
Trackers are created from your Plan targets. Record progress and short notes as you go.
Review
Set how often you review, then reflect. Each card is filled in from its tracker.
Reminders go into your own calendar or app. We don't store your email or phone number. Google Calendar adds the whole series; Outlook adds the first review, so use “Add to calendar” for the full series in Outlook.
Achieved targets move to the record of previous cycles. The rest carry forward with fresh trackers, and the next review dates move on.
